One of the best known faces in service/design/thinking, Adam StJohn Lawrence is the co-author of “This is Service Design Doing” and “This is Service Design Methods”. 

With a background in psychology and the automotive industry, he’s also a stand-up comedian and actor.

Adam is co-initiator of the Global Service Jam, the world’s biggest service innovation event, Adjunct Professor for service design thinking at the world-leading IE Business School, and Lead Facilitator at the Co-Creation School.

His Germany-based company, WorkPlayExperience, helps organisations worldwide deliver more value via evidence based, down-to-earth practices that are based on design, action, technology, and applied improvisation.
