The Stories We Carry: Understanding Identity and Personal Narratives

Some were given to us by our families, our culture, our relationships, or our experiences. Others were created along the way to help us make sense of what happened to us. Over time, these stories can become so familiar that we stop questioning them—and begin to mistake them for the truth of who we are.

The Stories We Carry is an interactive, 90-minute experience designed to help you explore the beliefs and narratives that shape how you see yourself, your relationships, and what you believe is possible for your life.

Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and experiential practices, we'll explore where our stories come from, how they influence our choices, and what happens when we become willing to look at them with curiosity rather than judgment.

You'll have an opportunity to identify a story you may be ready to examine, understand how it may have served you, and begin creating space for a new perspective.
