Every tree around us has a fascinating story to share, and this FREE event is the perfect chance to learn about some of those stories. Presented by the Raven's Roots Naturalist School, this event is the perfect way to find a bit of natural connection this Earth Day!
You can learn more and register for this event at ravensroots.or/short-courses. While the event is free, we do ask that you register so that we can estimate participation numbers! This event takes place outdoors, please dress for the weather!
This walk is guided by Instructor Theodore Hoss, who has years of experience as an outdoor educator, including as a National Park Ranger in Yosemite, and an interpretive educator in North Cascades National Park. Theo has also been the curator of the Campus Tree Tours at UW in Seattle for the last 5 years, and has an absolute wealth of knowledge to share about our local city trees! Whether you are a seasoned tree expert, or a novice who has never seen a tree in your life, we would love to have you join us.
