The Stein Dash is returning to Oktoberfest NW on Oktober 5, 2025! 3.1 miles of Run - Chug - Running. 3.1 miles of beer stops from start to finish. Join us at 10am for this running tradition.
The Stein Dash isn't your typical fun run; this 5K jaunt around the Washington State Fairgrounds includes 3 beer stops along course, filling your stein every mile. Chug, sip or pound that beer and get back on course because the clock doesn't stop as you drink!
After the Stein Dash, your fun has only just begun, don't forget, your Stein Dash entry also includes entry into Oktoberfest Northwest.
Again this year, the little ones have their own race - the Kids Rootbeer Run immediately follows the Stein Dash, giving kids their own opportunity to run, chug, run (root beer that is...) in their own 1K course!

Volunteers Needed!
We can always use additional volunteers as well. If you want to participate without the miles, help us out at the Dash. All volunteers receive a shirt, stein, and free entry into Oktoberfest as well!
