The Steely Project, lovingly presented under the direction of Joseph Mahfoud, will perform two full albums from Steely Dan - The Royal Scam (1976) and Aja (1977). Reproducing this studio sound in a live setting requires many critical elements to meld into a perfect union. This includes the feel, the tone, the tempos, the stage blend, the sound engineer, the vocalists, the horn section, the piano players and the rhythm section.
