Throw it back to middle school gym class with The STC Pacer Showdown! Join us on Thursday, April 3rd at 6:00 PM for a “fun” (and slightly painful) twist on the classic pacer test—a challenge designed to push your aerobic capacity to the limit.
📍 Location: The field in the middle of the EGR track
🏃♂️ How It Works:
Warm up with a 2-lap jog + drills
Line up and get ready to run 20 meters back and forth
Listen for the beeps—they'll tell you when to start and stop
As the beeps get faster, so will you… until you can’t keep up!
Think you can outlast the rest of the community? Let’s find out. Last one standing wins bragging rights (and possibly some sore legs).. oh and of course a true prize (gift bag).
