Mending Mondays: Fixing Holes & Hems

Join us for a creative and sustainable experience where our instructors will guide you through mending techquines that will give your well loved clothes some new life. Bring 1 or 2 articles of clothing that you'd like to work on. Instructors will have a variety of materials to fix basic holes, ripped seams, variety of hems. This is a structured 'open studio' time at Public Thread with accessibility to a variety of sewing machines, irons, and notions. Basic familiarity with a sewing machine recommended. You will be completing your own mending with instructor support.

We provide everything you need—just bring your article(s) of clothing and readyness to learn! By the end of this class, you'll leave with the confidence to mend your own wardrobe.
