Building a business can feel isolating at times. Whether you are exploring a new idea or you’ve beengrooving in your business for a few years and you feel like things could be better somehow, we’ve got a
place where you can talk things through with people who understand what it takes to build.
The Standard Mastermind is a monthly, facilitated small group session where you can bring business
questions, challenges, or ideas into the room. We call it the SOSSy Hotseat.
You will have space to introduce yourself, share what you are working on, and ask one focused
question. From there, the group offers perspective, insight, and thoughtful input while you take it in. It is
a powerful way to hear new ideas without feeling pressure to immediately explain or justify your
thinking. Every conversation expands the room. Often what supports one person sparks something for
someone else as well.
This space is for people who are thinking about starting something, navigating the early years of
business, or working through growth decisions and wanting community alongside strategy.
Spots are intentionally limited so the group stays focused and collaborative.
