This event has now sold out - our next gig that hasn’t sold out (I like writing sold out - sorry) will be at the Crooked Crow Bar in Leighton Buzzard on the 15th May. The St Synth’s Day Synthtacular 2026 – The Sound of the Crowd are ridiculously excited to announce our first gig of 2026, which will be on the 24th April, at the MK Sports Bar and Lounge in Newport Pagnell.
If you know what we do, then we’ll be doing more of the same, but better. We’ve spent a few months away from gigging to work on some new songs (well old songs really, but you know what we mean), and we’ll be playing some of those new songs for the first time at this gig.
If you don’t know what we do, then just picture a stage filled with synths at one end, with the rest of the room filled with happy people, singing, dancing, drinking and air-synth playing to every note of the synth pop classics that we grew up with, and that we love playing live.
Filling the room with the music of Gary Numan, Ultravox, Soft Cell, Depeche Mode, OMD, The Human League and a whole lot more; we play everything live, and we have a fantastic time doing it, so if the thought of hearing the amazing music created by those bands gets you all tingly, then you really should come and join us
Ticket’s available now, for a remarkably reasonable £10 in advance - in theory, they'll be £12 on the door, but we expect this to sell out, so don’t be like Tony Hadley was a while back (kept outside, staring in through the window, forlorn and lonely, his little face streaked with tears) – no – get your ticket and be on the inside with us.
