Join us for the 49th running of The Spring Thaw: 5, 10, 15, or 20miles in scenic North Park. When you've finished, head in to the Rose Barn for a hot post-race meal of soup, fruit, and bread! And, our friends from the Roaming Bean will be on hand for all your coffee needs.
The Spring Thaw is the longest continuously held running race in Western PA and is the second race in the 2025 GCXC Conquer the Cold Challenge.
