An evening of mantra, kirtan, voicework and silence.
Join us for the Spring Equinox as we experience to the balance of dark and light once again. If we allow ourselves to honour the cycles of the year we can let the movement towards the light support us to connect to the voice of intuition in our heart. The ancient wisdom of mantra, the resonance of sound in our bodies and the connection with our authentic voice can take us to a place of deep stillness and presence. The voice, when used in this way, can be a profound tool for healing and transformation.
