The Split Squad, founded in 2011, is one of the finest all-star teams you might never have heard
before. They don’t get together too often, but when
they do unite, watch out! Five fingers of a closed fist. With members from The Fleshtones, The Fastbacks, Parallax Project and – wait for it – the organ player for The Boston Red Sox. (Yes - THAT Boston Red Sox.)
The Vibeke Saugestad Band was formed for the closing party of Dogwood, reviving Vibeke’s Norwegian/European power pop career from the early 2000s. Vibeke is a singer and songwriter with a powerful voice, catchy melodies, and an energetic stage presence. To quote powerpopaholic.com: “Okay so you take Debbie Harry of Blondie and you make her the lead singer for The Knack. That's it – you've basically got Vibeke.”
This will be an acrobatic night of pure power pop. You do not want to miss it!!
