Day retreat offering space to step out of the city, slow down, and connect with self.
About this Event

This half-day urban retreat offers a structured yet spacious journey to slow down, deepen our attention, and let go of the noise of daily life without leaving the city.

The day weaves together pranayama, a yoga practice from the Jivamukti Method (Spiritual Warrior), mantra chanting, study of the Bhagavad Gita, journaling, meditation, and deep rest. The retreat closes with stillneess and integration; allowing the experience to settle before re-entering daily life.

This is not a class or a workshop, but a held container for stepping out of doing and returning to presence.

Open to all levels.

Please bring your own mat and props (cushion, pillow, blanket, etc)

After the retreat, there is the option to stay and gently socialise. You’re welcome to share reflections, experiences, or simply connect with others in an open and relaxed way. This is an informal space to integrate the day together
