Step beyond the physical postures and into the heart of yoga as a living, spiritual practice. In this 10-hour one-weekend immersion, we’ll explore the subtle energetic dimensions of yoga that awaken presence, devotion, and connection to something greater. This is not a teacher training program, but an immersive experience for anyone longing to move beyond the asana and into practices that uncover the beauty and essence of yoga.
Through guided practices and thoughtful teachings, we will journey into:
• Mudras & Pranayama – harnessing the flow of energy through breath and hand gestures.
• Bhakti Yoga – heartfelt practices of devotion, mantra, and the yoga of the heart.
• Yoga Mythology & Storytelling – exploring sacred myths and timeless stories as mirrors for our own spiritual journey.
• Sound as Energy – discovering vibration as a tool for transformation.
• Vocal Practices for Grounding – awakening your voice as a pathway to balance and embodiment.
• Meditations for Inner Transformation – practices that still the mind and open the heart to deeper awareness.
A weekend of heart-centered practices, reflection, and community connection, offering tools to bring yoga’s most profound and timeless aspects into your daily life.
Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, The Spirit of Yoga invites you to journey into the subtle and sacred dimensions of yoga as both energy and devotion, a path that nourishes body, mind, and soul.
DATES: January 24 and 25 (Saturday & Sunday)
TIME: 12:30 - 5:30 pm each day (10 Hours)
COST: $350
This event is designed as a two-part immersive journey. Single day sessions are not offered.
Please bring your own yoga mat. Studio mat rentals are $3 each.
Before You Arrive:
We warmly invite you to arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can settle in and fully enjoy the experience. Our events and classes begin and end on time to honor everyone’s practice. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees, presenters, and staff, doors will be closed at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not be able to enter once doors are closed, so we encourage you to plan to arrive a little early.
All reservations for Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are for the specific date purchased and are nonrefundable. In the rare case that a workshop or event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund. Please note that absences or late arrivals cannot be refunded.
