The Spirit of Service VIP 24 minis first look
Books Bridge Hope, Tri-City Historical Society, and Aluminum City Arts will present: The Spirit of Service: A Quarter Century of Remembrance on September 11, 2026, at The Manos Gallery, Aluminum City Arts in New Kensington.
Held on the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the event will bring the community together for an evening of remembrance while honoring the courage, sacrifice, and enduring spirit of service that emerged from one of America's most defining moments.
The evening will feature a special presentation by author Lillie Leonardi, who will discuss her book, In the Shadow of a Badge/A Memoir About Flight 93. Through personal stories and reflections, Leonardi shares experiences that speak to resilience, faith, and the lasting impact of service.
