Each week offers an opportunity to explore inner and otherworldly realms, meet guides or aspects of self, receive insight, and reconnect with your deeper wisdom.
This is a space for transformation, reflection, and remembrance, a place to return to your inner spiral and walk your path with intention.

Each session is gently and intuitively guided and includes:
✨ A warm, grounded space intentionally prepared for journeywork
✨ Guided shamanic meditation using drumming, sound, and ritual
✨ Inner and otherworldly journeying to meet guides, aspects of self, or receive insight
✨ A uniquely chosen journey theme each week
✨ Time for grounding, journalling, and optional sharing after the journey
✨ A supportive, non-judgmental circle that honours your individual experience
This is more than meditation, it is a deepening into your own wisdom and a returning to the spiral within.

No prior shamanic experience is needed, just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore your inner world.

💰 Cost: $25 per session
🗓 When: Every Thursday evening
🕡 Time: 6:30–8:00pm
📅 Starting: January 15th, 2026
🧘 Provided: Yoga mats and floor pillows
🎒 Please bring:
• Blankets or extra pillows for comfort
• A journal and pen
• Water bottle
👕 Wear: Comfortable, relaxed clothing suitable for lying down or sitting
