The Spice of Life is a small, intimate workshop for women who feel they have been present for everyone — except themselves.
As women over 40, we often don’t need more advice.
We need a space where we can finally hear ourselves again.
This is not about artistic skills or creating something beautiful.
It is about slowing down, reflection, and reconnecting with yourself through simple creative exercises and honest conversation.
No prior artistic experience is needed.
