Attention RGV Pet Owners!April 13th & 14th of our upcoming low-cost spay and neuter clinics will be open to all RGV residents!
This means more pet owners than ever will now have the chance to access these important services. Palm Valley Animal Society wants to show that we want are dedicated to providing lifesaving care to all residents of the Valley. This is our first big step forward in expanding access to care in the Rio Grande Valley
We’re proud to open access to affordable pet care while continuing to serve our community in meaningful ways.

📣Registration opens online, April 1st📣
PVAS Spay & Neuter Clinics are designed to help pet owners in our contracted cities access affordable, high-quality care. To keep things organized, we’re limiting appointments to 40 animals per day, with additional restrictions on the number of cats, dogs, males, and females accepted each day.
The spay and neuter clinics will take place at our Laurie P. Andrews Center, 2451 N US Expressway 281, Edinburg, TX📍
