The Spanish Kitchen: Seafood Paella

For ages 18 & up

Broaden your repertoire by learning to make an iconic Spanish rice dish filled with a variety of seafood. As you and your teammates produce this iconic dish that is perfect for feeding the family or casual entertaining, you'll discover the secret to forming the socarrat or crunchy rice that develops on the bottom of the pan. While the paella simmers, you'll make and enjoy two small plates and whip up a simple but stunning dessert.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of Spanish wine with your meal.

• Bunuelos de Bacalao (Salt Cod Fritters with Aioli)

• Ensalada de Judias Verdes con Uvas (Green Bean Salad with Grapes & Anise)

• Paella de Marisco (Seafood Paella)

• Torrijas (Castillian Sweet Toast with Berries)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
