This one-day retreat is for anyone feeling stuck, lost, or lacking direction. If you’ve been holding it all together for too long, this is your space to put some of it down and find the clarity you crave.You’ll gently reconnect with what matters, imagine what's possible, and leave with a sense of clarity, confidence, and a next step that feels doable.
Day schedule:
10:00 – Arrive, tea & welcome
10:30 – Opening circle + gentle movement
11:30 – Workshop: What’s really going on
12:45 – Nourishing lunch (included)
13:45 – Workshop: Reconnecting with possibility
15:00 – Tea, chats, connection
15:30 – Workshop: Creating your next step
16:30 – Closing reflection
