What is Sown Together?
Sown Together began as a creative collaboration between Louise E. Taylor and multidisciplinary artist Titi Sodimu. Commissioned by Kew Gardens and Southern Railways for the Grow Wild on the Railway project, Titi created a community quilt celebrating British flora, while Louise wrote the accompanying poem.
The poem has since been published by Kew Gardens online and in print, and the art installation will be displayed at Hove Station later this year.

About Louise E. Taylor
Louise writes about contemporary life – love and lovers, aging and loss, dealing with anxiety – not forgetting dangerous shoes, socks, and bikini line waxing!
She has headlined with her performance poetry and comedy monologues at top spoken-word venues, internationally renowned and community arts, literary and fringe festivals. As well as performed on BBC, local and community radio. Her 'brilliant…. contemporary spin on life” performances have been enjoyed at parties, health spas, weddings, cafes and on Zoom.
You Can’t Cook a Poem Like an Egg! is her first collection, available on Amazon. Her second, Ode to a Brussels Sprout and Other Left Over Poems is on its way.
She has been coaching and facilitating workshops in poetry, performance, and comedy for children, young adults and adults as well as personal, spiritual and business development workshops and coaching for more than two decades.
In her Creative Leadership Coaching she uses poetry as a transformational resource switching on business people's creativity to write a poem to resolve key personal and business issues.
