The Source Code: Amplifying Human Creativity in the Age of AI
The machine can generate. Only you can curate what matters.
Join a small-group workshop at the University of Glasgow | Wednesday, 1st July
As a creative professional, your value has never been about how fast you can produce—it’s about the unique perspective and discernment you bring to the page, screen, or canvas. Right now, AI is flooding the market with automated content. But while machines can deliver volume, they lack the lived experience, intuition, and judgement that make work meaningful and distinct.
This workshop is a practical space to step back from the digital noise and map your own creative process. By pinpointing exactly where your momentum breaks between a brilliant spark and a finished piece, you will learn to navigate an overwhelming sea of generated options without outsourcing your discernment.
This isn't about learning new software; it's about mastering your own process—ensuring your decision-making stays sharp, consistent, and firmly anchored in the creative identity that clients actually hire you for.
A small-group session at the University of Glasgow
On Wednesday 1st July, eight places are available for creative professionals in an introductory small-group workshop at the University of Glasgow.
This is a focused, hands-on session where we’ll explore a practical framework for understanding how ideas form, develop, and either stall or succeed in real creative work.
The aim is simple: to make your creative process clearer, more intentional, and easier to navigate — especially in an environment where AI is increasing the number of possible directions at every stage.
Introductory small-group rate: £35 (full workshop value: £380)
What We’ll Explore Together
Creativity isn't a mysterious gift; it’s a system we can strengthen through understanding.
We'll explore:
• Where momentum breaks between idea and completion
• How you may be self-sabotaging your creative process
• The hidden patterns behind procrastination, overthinking, and creative drift
• How to make clearer decisions when AI generates endless possibilities
• A practical map of your creative process to improve every future project
This is not about learning AI tools.
It’s about understanding how to stay in control of your own creative direction while using them.
Who is this for?
This is for people whose work depends on original thinking and consistent output:
•The Curious: Anyone navigating a shifting landscape who wants the self-awareness to stay steady and adaptable.
• Creative professionals navigating increasing use of AI in their workflow
• Freelance designers, artists, photographers, and illustrators
• Digital freelancers working with content, branding, or communication
If you’re producing work but not always finishing it with the clarity or consistency you want, this is designed for you.
Your personal map of your unique creative process
You’ll leave with a practical diagnostic of your own creative process — something you can apply immediately to future projects.
Because in the age of AI, your greatest advantage is not access to more ideas. It’s knowing how you create
Where is it happening?
