Gina’s signature method blends sound therapy, neuro-somatic techniques, breathwork, and intuitive energy work to create a multi-dimensional healing experience like no other.

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 7:05 PM. We cannot guarantee entry if you are running past five minutes late. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sunday.

Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the sound bath (pillows, etc). We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
