Join us for an immersive sound experience designed to help you soften, release, and let go.
The Sound of Surrender weaves breathwork, vocal expression, and sound healing into a safe, nurturing space for emotional release and renewal.
What to Expect:
• 10 minutes of conscious breathing to calm the nervous system and open the heart
• 10 minutes of releasing sounds—sighs, hums, and gentle vocalizations to move stuck energy
• 10 minutes of low toning to deepen the experience of surrender and resonance
• A closing sound bath featuring crystal bowls, gentle instruments, and a gong for final release, followed by soft, cooling tones to ground and restore
This offering invites you to release the weight you’ve been carrying and rest in the grace of what remains.
No singing or sound experience needed. All voices are welcome.
