We have evolved this Sunday gathering into a deeper, fully guided somatic experience:
2:00 PM - The Arrival: Grounding Handpan soundscapes to help you land and transition into the space.
2:15 PM - The Anchor: A "Sole Current Activation" embodiment practice guided by Lumi Rene to drop us safely into our bodies.
2:30 PM - The Pulse: The guided somatic drum circle. A safe, judgment-free space to play, release, and connect.
3:45 PM - The Integration: Native Flute closing to seal the energy and calm the nervous system.
4:00 PM - The Village: Community Potluck.
🎒 WHAT TO BRING:
A chair or blanket to sit on.
Water to stay hydrated.
Your own drum or percussion instrument (If you don't have one, we have a large collection of beautiful drums and percussion instruments for you to use).
A nourishing dish or snack to share for the potluck at 4:00 PM.
Come put your shields down, find your rhythm, and experience the sound of your own independence. We can't wait to see you under the trees. 🥁🌳
