🎧 The Experience
Sound meditation (often called “sound healing”) is the practice of listening to carefully curated sounds to access deep meditative states with ease.
During the event, participants are bathed head to toe in sound — a hypnotic, immersive experience that many describe as deeply restorative.
Guests often leave with a clear mind, a settled nervous system, and a renewed appreciation for the power of sound. This experience is especially supportive for those who feel meditation is difficult or hard to access.

🎟 Ticket Types:
One Soothing Experience (lying down) $45
One Seated Experience (pews) $28
Benefactor Space (laying down at the front) $184
this include a soft, comfortable setup created for you in front of the front row of the Symphony.
Sound Meditation Presents is a nonprofit at the intersection of mental health and the arts. Benefactor tickets support our continued operation. We create accessible healing arts events, sound bath education, sleep support and we're opening up a new 'sound & regulation' program for children.

🧘 What to Bring

If you're laying down~
the cozier and more comfortable you are, the deeper the experience
We suggest—
A yoga mat / pad
Sleeping bag or blanket (optional)
A pillow, maybe an extra under your knees (optional)
Water
Dress warmly, as body temperature drops when laying down.
You don't need to bring anything if you're seated, but an extra cushion can help you.
