Join Simone Migliaccio for inner healing through sound.
A sensory journey guided by mystical sounds and chants, an inner hug into deep relaxation, love, and self-discovery. The Sound Healing experience is an opportunity to renew energies and connect with the loving awareness of our being. A magical way to understand ourselves beyond personal suffering.
What to expect:
The first part of the event is dedicated to a brief dharma talk, a guided reflection to enter the meditative state, where thoughts and sensations in the present moment are explored. Then participants are guided towards the release of bodily and mental control. The instruments used include gongs, koshi chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, Native American flute, crystal bowls, and live synths. Additionally, the chanting of Tibetan and Hindu mantras encourages deep introspection, detachment from the ego, and direct connection with our "inner child." Emotional healing is supported, promoting the release of thoughts no longer useful to our personal growth.
About Simone:
Simone’s journey has been filled with various notes and rhythms, traversing the world while discovering the interconnectedness of all things. He resided in London for nearly 10 years, exploring diverse paths, delving into music production, and working as a freelance photographer. In 2018, the practice of yoga opened the door to the pursuit of inner peace. Guided by inspiring teachers, he explored Ashtanga, Hatha, Kundalini, and the Bhakti way of living.
In 2022, Simone and his partner followed their hearts on a six-month journey to Bali, aiming to deepen their practice. Following profound shamanic experiences, his understanding of life reached unimaginable depths, drawing him closer to Himalayan singing bowls. In that realm of inner awareness, he dedicated several hours a day to transcendental meditation and yoga, immersing himself in influential literature and the wisdom of Ram Dass, Thich Nhat Hanh, and Alan Watts. To establish a strong foundation, he attended Sound Healing workshops and an advanced course at The Himalayan Academy of Sound Healing, nurturing his growth in knowledge and love. After six transformative months, he returned to Italy, inspired to share the beauty of his journey. In September 2023, Simone and his partner inaugurated a yoga studio nestled in the Etruscan hills of Cerveteri. There, he offers sound baths, one-to-one healing sessions, and mindfulness classes. Today, he continues navigating this perpetual learning process with patience and gratitude. As he persists on this path, he remains open to connecting with fellow yogis for new experiences, collectively deepening the practice of love and compassion.
