The Sorrel Room is an intimate Afro-Caribbean supper club created by self-taught cook Chef Burnette, where Caribbean flavors, beautiful tablescapes, storytelling, music, and hospitality come together for an unforgettable evening.

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course tasting experience inspired by Trinidadian and Caribbean flavors, reimagined with an elevated touch. This is more than dinner.
