The Sonic Sanctuary is a monthly immersive evening of music, sound healing, drumming, somatic therapy, and ecstatic dance strongly rooted in neurosomatic therapy techniques.
This is a safe, judgment-free space for movement, release, and rejuvenation.
Each month features a unique theme and intentional journey to introduce your nervous system into altered and grounded spaces for healing. Participants are invited to move intuitively, let go of stress, and reconnect with their authentic energy. No dance experience is needed — this is about presence, not performance.
We will follow a flow that will introduce your nervous system to different states of energy through a variety of healing modalities and somatic activities.
Through rhythm and sound, this experience supports:
• Emotional release and nervous system regulation
• Creative expression and somatic connection
• Mindfulness through embodied movement
• Grounding, freedom, and inner alignment
Wear flowy, comfortable clothing. Bring your flow toys, LED props, and neon accessories to match the cosmic vibes.
Come as you are. Move as you feel. Rest when you need.
