Soner Ersen brings his quartet featuring the evergreen and well-travelled Jim Mullen on guitar.

Multi award-winning guitarist Jim Mullen has had a career spanning more than 5 decades, playing in a highly distinctive style, picking with the thumb rather than a plectrum, like Wes Montgomery before him. He has toured and recorded with many leading UK and US artists including Brian Auger, Gene Harris, Jimmy Smith, Jimmy Witherspoon, Herbie Mann, Johnny Griffin, Mose Alison, Terry Callier, Georgie Fame, Van Morrison, Claire Martin. Jim also shared a 15 year partnership with the late great tenor saxophonist Dick Morrissey in the much loved British band Morrissey Mullen throughout the 1980's. Jim has recorded many acclaimed albums under his own name.

Soner Ersen is a London-based jazz pianist and composer. He has contributed to numerous projects in various capacities, including pianist, keyboardist, composer, and educator. He has performed alongside esteemed British jazz musicians including Mark Lockheart, Tony Kofi, Nigel Price, Duncan Eagles, and Benet Mclean.

Jason Simpson is a London based bass player and Guildhall alumni working regularly in and around London in venues including Ronnie Scott’s, Royal Albert hall, and The Vortex. Having recently toured Europe, Canada and USA with Ibibio Sound Machine, Jason plays double bass with heart, soul, and spirit influenced by his Afro-Caribbean heritage.

Eric Ford is a member of the British contemporary jazz group Partikel along with Duncan Eagles and Max Luthert, and has played at international jazz festivals and at top jazz clubs around Europe.
