Koha Class ~ Gift Gathering for Women’s Refuge Napier
These classes are offered as a koha, with all attendees invited to bring a wrapped gift for an adult woman currently being supported by Women’s Refuge in Napier.
Please note ~ no children’s gifts, as this is specifically to support wāhine during the Christmas season. 🙏
Join Michelle of My Secret Garden at Yippie Yopi Yoga Studio for a deeply nourishing 90-minute, non-heated yoga journey, designed to gently guide the body from movement into stillness.
The Soft Landing weaves together Hatha ~ Yin ~ Nidra in one seamless flow.
We begin standing with slow, grounding Hatha to warm the body and open the joints, soften into longer, floor-based Yin holds, and finally drift into a deeply restful Nidra to calm the nervous system and invite true rest.
This is a slow-paced, end-of-year practice ~ perfect for tired bodies, full calendars, and anyone craving a moment to pause, soften, and refill their cup before Christmas.
