Ticket Terms & Guest Agreement
By purchasing a ticket to The Social Savings Club, each guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- This event is for guests 25 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
- Please drink responsibly and respect our staff, guests, and venue at all times.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue alcohol service to any guest who is visibly intoxicated or whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates venue policies.
- No refunds will be issued due to denied alcohol service resulting from intoxication or failure to comply with venue rules.
- Sharing alcoholic beverages with underage guests is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
- Canvas On Morris/PopUp Bar Bham reserves the right to remove any guest without refund for disorderly conduct, harassment, violence, property damage, or failure to follow staff instructions.
- Entry is subject to venue capacity and all applicable state and local alcohol laws.
Your ticket purchase constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and serves as your agreement to comply with all venue policies throughout the event.
