We’re excited to announce a full year of monthly Ecstatic Dances, happening every last Saturday of the month at @‌chahousebham. 🕺💫

Each gathering is a substance-free space to connect mind, body, and spirit through movement, music, and community.

🌿 How the night flows:

• Start with grounding meditation to create the sacred container
• Then a gentle intro to dance — wiggle your body, shake it out, maybe even learn a new move
• Drop into 90 minutes of immersive dance music led by @‌tradeitfwd, @realnuws, and more to come, with a super secret special guest on May 30th
• Move freely, express fully, and dance exactly as you are

🌙 The Cha House experience:

• A welcoming community space
• Hot & iced tea and snacks available for purchase
• Local art vendors
• Food truck/vendors brought in for additional sustenance
