Join us for the next Simply M Master Class, where creativity, movement, and mindfulness come together for a one-of-a-kind wellness experience.

This month's featured instructor is Jose Angel Castro (@angelvisionmediallc), professional photographer, multi-media artist, dancer, and creator of N/FLUX Paint + Movement. With more than 20 years of experience, Jose has developed a unique artistic practice that blends painting, dance, and mindful movement into an experience that encourages curiosity, self-expression, and play.

No painting experience is necessary! You'll be guided through techniques inspired by martial arts and dance as you create your own abstract work of art in a fun, supportive environment.

At Simply M, we believe wellness happens when we step outside our comfort zone, embrace creativity, and connect with ourselves and others. Come ready to explore, move, and create.

What to Wear

Please dress comfortably in clothing you can move in—and don't mind getting a little paint on!

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes early so you have time to set up your canvas and get settled before class begins.
