Sometimes “she’ll be right” isn’t enough.
Sometimes you’ve just gotta shout and let it all out.
Inspired by Scream Club in Chicago, The Shout is a simple space to release stress, emotions, frustration, grief, excitement, or anything else you’ve been holding in.
We’ll gather on the beach, take a few deep breaths together, and move through 3 guided rounds of shouting into the ocean.
No pressure. No expectations.
You don’t have to scream loudly, or even scream at all.
Just come as you are.
The beach will be dark, phones away, and judgment left at home.
A few people will have glow sticks and will be available afterwards if you’d like a hug, a chat, or simply another human beside you for a moment. We’re not therapists, just people showing up for people.
All ages welcome.
**Meet on the beach at 5:30pm between Harrison's Cut & the War Memorial Cenotaph. Dress warmly.**
