Experience Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle at Water Tower Place in Downtown Chicago!

The Shops by FashionBar Chicago is a curated fashion, beauty, and accessories pop-up retail experience hosted at Water Tower Place, one of Chicago's premier shopping destinations along the Magnificent Mile.

Located in the heart of downtown Chicago, The Shops brings together independent designers, emerging brands, and established businesses to showcase their collections, connect with customers, and expand their presence in Chicago's fashion and retail marketplace.

We invite fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands to participate as pop-up vendors in a 9' x 9' retail space for a single day on Saturday or Sunday.

This opportunity allows participating brands to:

• Showcase and sell products directly to shoppers.
• Increase brand awareness and commercial exposure.
• Connect with potential customers, buyers, and business partners.
• Build relationships within Chicago's fashion community.
• Introduce new collections and products to a broader audience.
• Strengthen their retail presence in a high-traffic shopping destination.

The Shops is open to the public and Water Tower Place shoppers throughout the weekend.

These brands represent FashionBar's commitment to supporting entrepreneurship, creative expression, and independent retail within Chicago's fashion industry.

FashionBar is committed to presenting a professional, high-quality retail experience that highlights distinctive brands and thoughtfully curated merchandise.

Participating brands must demonstrate:

• A clearly established brand identity and cohesive presentation.
• An active website and social media presence.
• Products or services within the fashion, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle categories.
• Merchandise that reflects their brand's target audience.
• Professional merchandising, packaging, and promotional materials.
• The ability to manage customer transactions independently.

To maintain a curated shopping experience, participation is limited to approximately 4–6 selected pop-up brands per event.

All applications are reviewed to ensure that participating brands align with FashionBar's retail standards and overall marketplace experience.

Once your brand has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an invitation and access code to complete your vendor registration and ticket purchase through Eventbrite.

Please complete the form thoroughly so our team can review your brand and contact you regarding upcoming opportunities.

Each participating vendor receives a designated 9' x 9' retail space with one of the following display options:

• Option 1: One (1) 6-foot clothing rack
• Option 2: One (1) 6-foot table with two (2) chairs

Vendors are responsible for arranging their assigned space to reflect their brand's visual identity and merchandising standards.

To ensure a professional and cohesive retail presentation, participating vendors are required to bring:

• A curated selection of fashion, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle merchandise.
• Black table covering or lining if using the table option.
• Branded or professional-quality hangers (plastic and wire hangers are not permitted).
• Branded signage, business cards, and promotional materials.
• Their own payment processing system.
• Appropriate packaging and shopping bags for customer purchases.

Quality over quantity: We encourage all vendors to focus on thoughtful product selection, engaging presentation, and a memorable customer shopping experience.

The Shops operates in accordance with Water Tower Place's regular shopping hours.

Once your vendor registration and payment have been confirmed, FashionBar will provide The Shops Check-In Itinerary Document, containing everything you need to prepare for your pop-up experience.

This document includes:

• Important event dates and check-in times.
• Vendor arrival and registration instructions.
• Retail space assignments and setup guidelines.
• Merchandise display expectations.
• Breakdown and departure procedures.
• Additional operational information.

Vendor Insurance: Event insurance is recommended but not required for participation.

Vendors interested in obtaining coverage may explore options through EventSured.
