First-Time Homebuyer Certificate Requirements

To receive your certificate, you must:

• Attend and complete the full 6-hour Homebuyer Education Seminar
• Complete a one-on-one pre-purchase housing counseling session with a housing counselor
• Receive your certificate from your housing counselor after both requirements have been completed

Please Note: Attendance at the seminar alone does not qualify you for a certificate. Both the seminar and counseling session are required.
