About this Event
Your inner blocks aren’t random. They’re messengers—here to guide you back to alignment, clarity, and self-trust. In this workshop, we’ll use somatic practices (think: listening to your body’s signals) and self-coaching tools (think: uncovering your block’s deeper desires) to get curious about the wisdom you already carry. Together, we’ll explore how to transform resistance into guidance and craft a vision for 2025 that feels deeply aligned and totally you.
This isn’t about pushing past your limits or ignoring what’s hard. It’s about listening—really listening—to what your body and emotions are trying to tell you and creating space for ease, insight, and meaningful action.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and ready to move into 2025 with purpose.
What to Expect
In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll:
- Tune Into Your Body: Explore where your inner block lives and what it’s asking of you through guided somatic practices.
- Uncover the Deeper Desire: Use reflective journaling and self-coaching techniques to hear what your block truly wants for you.
- Move Into Acceptance: Soften resistance and transform your block into a source of clarity and empowerment.
- Craft an Aligned 2025 Vision: Use visualization and body-based practices to anchor your goals and values into something tangible (and doable).
- Integration in Community: Find solidarity, understanding and support from like-minded folks in the community.
This is a playful yet profound space where depth meets lightness. No rigid rules, no judgment—just you, your body, and the wisdom that’s already within.

FAQs
Do I need experience with somatic exercises?
Not at all. This space is open to all—no experience needed. If you have challenges tuning into your body and its sensations or have untreated trauma related to the body, this workshop may not be a good fit for you.
Do I have to share my personal experiences?
You will be partnering up for sharing exercises where you’ll be asked to share – but you can share at your comfort level.
