With thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund, we are honoured to be introducing the North Easts first FULLY FUNDED, Levelling up project, free for survivors and thrivers, who have a desire for post traumatic growth and change.This event is only open to you if you fit the criteria and are embarking upon our 6 week programme.
Levelling up is a process and is not for the faint hearted. A life of purpose and peace, takes dedication and commitment, this project is specifically designed to permanently reduce anxiety, old pain, emotional baggage, and to create movement towards post traumatic growth and success. We have individual, confidential sessions, group workshops and practice sessions, outdoor activities and monthly healing and social events, all designed towards shifting our consciousness and levelling up.
