The Shift Nobody Talks About: Menopause & Relationships
About this Event
Nobody warns you that menopause doesn't just show up in your body, it shows up in your marriage, your friendships, your sex life, and your relationship with yourself.
The mood shifts your partner doesn't understand. The intimacy that's changed. The conversations you keep avoiding because you don't even know how to start them.
This is the night we finally talk about it out loud, without shame.
Join menopause advocate Karen Cerezo, Dr. Jasmonae Joyriel (licensed clinical psychologist, and Simon Salt (Certified Menopause Coach) for an honest, practical evening on how menopause reshapes intimacy, communication, and connection and what to actually do about it.
This event is for women, men, and couples. Whether you're the one going through it, the one loving someone who is, or both, this conversation is for you.
You'll walk away with:
- A clearer understanding of why desire, mood, and communication shift during perimenopause and menopause
- Language for talking to your partner about what's changing without a fight
- Tools for rebuilding intimacy and connection, from the bedroom to the boardroom
- Permission to stop apologizing for a transition that isn't your fault
Come solo. Come with your partner. Come with questions you've never said out loud.
