The ShaktiSOMA™ Experience is a powerful 3-hour journey of feminine embodiment, emotional alchemy and soul awakening.
Rooted in ancient wisdom and modern somatic science, this experience blends breathwork, intuitive movement, ecstatic dance and nervous system integration to guide you back to the truth of who you are.
Through holotropic-style breathwork, somatic release and vocal expression, you’ll dissolve stagnant energy and open space for clarity, creative power and emotional freedom. You’ll be guided through the ShaktiSOMA™ method of movement – a unique fusion of yoga-inspired intuitive dance and embodied ritual, activating feminine energy, inner trust and deep nervous system recalibration.
We close with a restorative savasana and guided visualization to reprogram your subconscious for empowerment, purpose and peace. You’ll leave with a renewed connection to your body, soul & spirit feeling grounded, energized and ready to take aligned action in your life and service.

Emily M Byrd, is an ERYT-500, Certified Mastery Method Coach and founder of ShaktiSOMA™ School of Spirituality + Somatics, a Registered Yoga School (RYS-200) and YACEP provider. A breathwork mentor and feminine embodiment guide, she leads global retreats, facilitates yoga teacher trainings and offers mentorship for yoga teachers, breathwork facilitators & somatic healing artists. Emily’s work fuses ancient feminine practices with nervous system science to support embodied leadership, purpose alignment and profound spiritual evolution and expansion.
