Josef Haydn wrote his masterpiece "The Seven Last Words of our Savior on the Cross" as a meditation for Good Friday. It will be performed for the Danish Lutheran Church Good Friday service by the UP CLOSE AND CLASSICAL string quartet, with spoken meditations on the Word, as was initially intended by Josef Haydn and the church who commissioned him to write the music.
