Laura Willoughby MBE is the founder of the world’s largest mindful drinking movement, Club Soda, and the UK’s foremost expert in low and no alcoholic drinks. Club Soda runs the Low & No Tasting Room in Covent Garden.

Laura was named number 11 in 2024’s Drinks Retailing’s latest Top 100 Most Influential People in Drink and one of the 100 most influential women in hospitality by CODE. The Club Soda Tasting Room was Drink Retailing’s Independent Retailer of the Year 2023. She is a Drink Doctor for The Caterer, an Imbibe Ambassador, and a judge for WAFA, IWSC, Great British Food Awards, Global Drinks Intel ESG Awards and Publican of the Year. Laura is a Trustee for The Drinks Trust and Equal Measures.

Gabriella Lamb - Founder 6 Percent Wine

Gabi Lamb, founder of 6PERCENT, made the shift from finance to wine nearly 10 years ago. Being half Italian and growing up seeing her Grandad make his own wine, she felt that wine was always where her heart lied.

In her late twenties, she created an award-winning wine tasting events company. She became a recognised wine expert and host in the industry running big corporate events for the likes of Spotify, Google, Just Eat and The Lib Dems to name a few.

After successfully scaling her business she decided, with her husband, to create their own wine, 6PERCENT. As wine lovers, they felt restricted by the increasingly high alcohol volumes and spent over 2 years innovating a mid-strength wine.

Alongside her wine business she runs a successful consultancy helping new founders scale their business. Former Barclays’ Strategic Manager in Innovation with a law degree under her belt she brings a diverse range of knowledge and expertise.
