The Session

If you’ve been on a spiritual or healing path and can feel there’s a layer that hasn’t shifted yet, this work is for you.
The Session is a nervous system reorganization experience.

In this space, the body is able to settle, open, and begin to reorganize in its own way.

As this happens, patterns that have been running subconsciously can become visible and begin to shift. This may be experienced through physical movement, changes in sensation, emotional release, or moments of clarity and insight.

Danna holds a steady, grounded space that allows the system to recognize itself and reorganize from that recognition.

Each session is different. The process is led by the individual system and unfolds at its own pace.

What to Expect

You will be in a quiet, intentionally held space with music playing.

The body may move, adjust, or remain still.

You may notice changes in sensation, emotion, or awareness.

There is nothing you need to do, follow, or perform.

Each experience is different. The system responds in its own way.
