In this interactive workshop, you’ll refine your tasting skills, expand your beer vocabulary, and embark on a dynamic journey through a guided beer tasting. Led by Asa B. Stone, PhD, a research assistant professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an Advanced Cicerone® (beer sommelier), this session combines the science of beer with the art of sensory exploration. The event is free to attend and beer for the tasting will be available for purchase directly from the brewery.
