The Self-Love Sanctuary: Galentine’s Edition

Most of us move through life carrying way more than we talk about. Mindful Retreats was created to give women a place to breathe, connect, and remember who they are underneath the stress, the expectations, and the constant “go.”

This retreat isn’t about being perfect — it’s about being real. It’s a day to relax into your body, learn simple nervous system tools, and be surrounded by other women who get it. Expect a mix of grounding, laughter, reflection, and moments that remind you you’re not alone.

You’ll be guided by Hattie Hawks, Emotional Awareness Coach and trauma survivor, and Jenn Harris, a certified Trust Coach who is passionate about creating spaces where women feel safe, supported, and truly seen. Together, they bring a blend of calm, depth, and fun to the day.
