Life has a way of navigating us to where we should be at the time we should be there and that’s exactly what happened this past week. The plan to do The Self Discovery Desert tour in Morocco � is still underway, however I’ve had a real calling to hold a self- discovery tour in Italy first �����
So here we have ‘The Coastal’ version.
Taking place 12th October-17th October 24.
5 nights of pure bliss, combining morning and evening wellness sessions, with the opportunity to marvel in the wonder of the Italian coastline.
Proposed itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival and welcome meal out in Capri.
Day 2: Morning practice. Optional walk to explore Anacapri, Giardini di augusto and take the cable swing to the highest point. Evening practice before dinner.
Day 3: Morning practice, followed by a trip downtown to Capri, with a 2.5hour private boat tour of the caves & grottos. Evening practice before dinner.
Day 4: Morning practice, with an opportunity to relax around the villa or island today, OR make the most of the free day and travel to Sorrento for the Roman baths, or Pompeii to see the ruins. Evening practice before dinner.
Day 5: Morning practice, prior to our trip to the Amalfi. Stopping off at Positano first and continuing along the coastline. Celebration evening before departure.

� Accommodation in private Villa overlooking the coast (single bed in shared room of 2 people, or option to upgrade to individual rooms)
