The Self Discovery Book Club

´What is it? A bi-monthly book club with a focus on self discovery´

Who is it for? You! .. if you love reading self discovery books and are interested to meet other people who do too. You may want to dig a little deeper into the book; build on your understanding of yourself or apply what you discover to transform your daily life.´

Where is it being held? A private space in a cosy café in the centre of Harrogate.

Who's leading the discoveries? Professional coach Lissa Haywood and professional facilitator Amanda Stott are setting the climate, choosing the direction and ensuring safety, you, the fellow travellers, will make the real discoveries!´

What is my commitment? Beg, borrow or buy the chosen book, read it and make a few notes (more guidance on this once you've signed up), then come to book club with an open mind, ready to share and whole-hearted´

First Book: A 30-year old classic! Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway – Susan Jeffers - 272 pages or if you wish there is an abridged version 110 pages. ´

First Book Club Meeting: You can choose daytime or evening : Tuesday April 21st, 2026, 2-4pm or evening session 7-9pm.´
