Women taking bold steps to reinvent their lives and careers. A panel discussion.
About this Event

Reinvention isn’t just about change - it’s about courage. It’s about recognizing when the life you’ve built no longer reflects who you are or who you want to be and daring to step into something new. Following your passion, rewriting your path, and choosing a more authentic version of yourself can be both the hardest and most rewarding decision you’ll ever make.

Join RevelEleven for an inspiring evening as we hear from four women who have taken bold leaps to reinvent their lives and careers. Our panelists have each left behind traditional paths to embrace a new venture and share what it took to step into the unknown and discover something even better on the other side.

Our panelists include:

  • Chelsia Andreassen who left the corporate world to pursue her dream of becoming a nutritionist and started her own practice, Bio Harmony Nutrition & Functional Medicine.
  • Cynthia Duran, who founded Xinca Foods after her family migrated to the United States while fleeing the Salvadorian civil war.
  • Stephiney Foley, who founded Yuzi Care, a groundbreaking postpartum care platform after more than a decade as an Army combat officer.
  • Sarabeth Rees, a leader who walked away from corporate life to guide a nonprofit combatting child sex trafficking called Stolen Youth.

This evening will be co-hosted with Jamie Hunt, founder of Fast Penny Spirits and a former corporate executive who herself pivoted to pursue her passion, creating a women-owned and operated award winning amaro distillery.

Tasty bites, catered by Wendy Simply Cooks, and spritz drinks from Fast Penny Spirits will be included with your ticket. Wine and bubbles will also be served. Two drinks tickets will be provided.

We’re proud to partner with Ellevate on this event, a global community dedicated to supporting and elevating women in their professional journeys.

Meet the Panel:

Chelsia Andreassen: For 15 years, Chelsia Andreassen built her career in corporate marketing, but when the pandemic hit, something shifted. Frustrated by the lack of conversation around how nutrition and lifestyle shape immune resilience, and while navigating her own most challenging health journey (living in toxic mold and having Lyme disease), she realized she wanted to do more than market brands. She wanted to help people reclaim their health.

Chelsia is now a nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner with a mission to help people restore balance through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle practices. She holds a BS in Nutrition & Culinary Arts from Bastyr University, and is currently pursuing her MS in Nutrition & Functional Medicine while completing her Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential. At her practice, Bio Harmony Nutrition & Functional Medicine, she combines clinical training, research, and lived experience to help clients uncover root causes and create personalized paths to healing.

Cynthia Duran: Cynthia founded Xinca Foods, a family-owned company, after her family migrated to the United States while fleeing the Salvadorian civil war. Her family found comfort in cooking authentic dishes that reminded them of home. Cooking their family recipes allowed the new generation (Cynthia) to experience a little bit of El Salvador. Her goal is to share our culture through our food. One of her favorite quotes: “All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.” – Walt Disney

Stephiney Foley: Stephiney is the Founder and CEO of Yuzi Care, a tech-enabled postpartum care platform using AI to personalize, coordinate, and streamline care for families and providers. After serving as an Army Officer, she transitioned into the tech industry, leading product teams at Tesla, Amazon, and IDEO. Her own experience with postpartum mood disorders inspired her to found Yuzi Care, where she merges her background in technology and operations with her certification as a postpartum doula through DONA International.

Sarabeth Rees: Sarabeth is the Executive Director of StolenYouth, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing sex trafficking and empowering survivors. Passionate about bringing awareness to the issue of trafficking, widely considered to be one of the great global crises of our time, Sarabeth has devoted considerable time and energy throughout her career to supporting survivors in need and building sustainable prevention strategies in various parts of the country. Prior to joining StolenYouth, Sarabeth worked primarily in the management consulting industry, where she helped Global Fortune 500 companies navigate complex, high-stakes business challenges and advised leaders on five continents.

*No reimbursement will be issued after purchase of tickets - only in the case of a cancellation of the event.
