Discover herbalism through the science of phytochemistry. After introducing essential concepts of traditional western herbalism, we will explore key qualities of common bioregional herbs and how their constituents translate to their therapeutics. We will also honor the lives of the plants themselves by understanding how these constituents relate to their own physiological processes.
